Langtang valley is known as one of the nearest destination which takes 6-7 hours to reach by a drive from Kathmandu city. This trajectory is well known among most of the globetrotter, precisely it is the blend of culture and nature. Most of the travelers well known about Everest base camp trek but few trekkers has been encountering this region and save several days of long trekking point. The trail encounters continuous rhododendron, bamboo forest and majestic waterfall even through it organize for short trek. Langtang valley trail leads you to the 4770 m altitude or even you don’t want to miss Tserko Ri 5100 m to get the spectacular view of Langtang himal, Dorjelachpa, Gosainkunda and Tibetan region. Precisely, Buddhist culture and monasteries are another hub for trekkers and Kyangin Gompa known as ancient which holds tradition of Buddhism.
This exotic trekking moves through Langtang national park which holds pristine countryside blend with various flora and fauna. Travelers get an opportunity to visit yak pasture, cheese factory which lies within Langtan national park, it is also the home of Himalayan deer, monkeys, red panda, Himalayan bear, pheasant, snow leopard and other mountain animals. Unfortunately, April 2015 was black day for Langtang valley, it was destroyed by earthquake. However, the region have been already rebuild and open for trekkers to visit. Visiting those sites is the best way to support those local is to explore this area. Those who are looking off the beaten route, it is trekking trajectory that you do not want miss.

Day 01: Kathmandu (1,400 m) Arrival Day
Day 02: Drive 145 km to Syabrubesi (1,610 m).~ 7 hours
Day 03: Trek to Lama Hotel (2,480 m).~ 5-6 hours
Day 04: Trek to Langtang Village (3,541 m).~ 5-6 hours
Day 05: Trek to Kyanjing Gompa (3,900 m).~ 3-4 hours
Day 06: Hike to Chorkari Ri (5,050 m) and back to Kyanjing Gompa (3,900 m).
Day 07: Early hike to Kyanjin ri (4,770 m)Trek down to Lama Hotel (2,480 m).~ 7-8 hours

Meals:
When you travel to the new place for your holiday, food is most concern part of travel. While, traveling with Yarsa treks, you can experience the delightful cuisine of typical Nepali food, continental food, Italian food, Chinese food and different international cuisine. You will be suggested by your guide for good food during your trip. During the trek do not order many dishes and waste food, they have to cater more trekkers before they run off stuck. It is very hard and takes week or more for caravan and porter to brings the food in these places. You will take lunch in route side, breakfast and dinner will arrange in the same lodge/Tea house.
Drinking Water:
During the trek you can get the bottled water but it is hard to dispose plastic and it will be the big problem for environment. We will provide purified mineral water during trek. In tea house you can get bottle water and mineral water in additional cost. It will better to drink mineral water rather than bottled water.
Accommodations:
We provide you best touristic hotel in Kathmandu/Pokhara with best location. During the trek tea house is main accommodation for trekkers. A tea house is combination of lodge and restaurant. In the tea house lodge are fairly basic, some tea house you can get separate room but in the high altitude rooms are spare with two beds with blanket and little additional furniture. There will be large dining room where you can get the warm by Bukhara stove. In the tea house there will be the solar electricity but these days most of the tea houses have electricity for charge Camera, Mobile phones and other small appliances.
Things to take:
This is very active trip we can’t stay in same place. You can take very light and necessary things. You will get porter he will carry 30 kg it means 2 trekkers=1 porter. Porters are allowed to carry 30 kg of your stuff. Porter will carry your necessary stuff in duffel bag.

Health & Fitness:
These treks are some of moderate and some of strenuous, passionate trekkers should have ability to walk for 4-7 hours a day. Trekking to the high altitude is more challenging than the low altitude. To complete the trip we have good health, average physical fitness, passionate, confidence, determination and positive attitude. If you have past hiking experience or exercising habits it will be the better for your trek. If you have pre-existing health problem such as lung, heart and other diseases it is better to consult with your doctor or inform Yarsa treks before booking the trip.
Suitable Time to Trek:
For Trekking to the high altitude we should concern about the weather condition. Autumn (Sept-Nov) and spring (March-May) is the best season for trekking in Himalayas. Trekking in summer and Monsoon (June-Aug) is affected by rain. You can also trek in winter but tempters could be most harsh for most trekkers.

Important notes:
If you’re confused to pack up your necessary things just see in the check list tab. Bring light and necessary things. You will need medium size bag to carry your daily usable stuff. The weather is subject to change in high altitude so layered clothing is recommended throughout the trek.

Day 01: Welcome to
Kathmandu (1,400 m).
Upon your arrival at
Tribhuvan International Airport we assist you from here to hotel. After getting
refreshed you will join us in dinner with nepali cuisine and cultural dances.
Rest overnight.
Meal: Dinner
Day 02: Today we
drive for 7 hours from Kathmandu to Syabrubesi (1,610 m).
Today we travel in
Bus/car to Syabrubesi for 7hours (145 km). We drive through North West part of
Kathmandu valley. We pass through different landscape, terraced filled, dense
forest and villages to reach Trishuli bazar. After Trishuli we drive towards
Dhunche (1960 m) and descend to syabru besi and rest overnight.

Day 03: Today we
trek from Syabrubesi to Lama Hotel (2,480 m).
Today we walk for 5-6
hours to reach Lama Hotel. This is first day of our trekking. We fallow
Langtang river and cross several suspension bridge and walk through dense oak
forest of Langtang national park. Next, our trail moves up and down towards
bamboo (1,970 m) and trek 2hours to reach lama hotel and rest overnight.

Day 04: Today we
trek from Lama Hotel to Langtang village (3,541 m).
After short brief about
route and safety, we walk for 5 to 6 hour to reach Langtang village. Firstly
Trail climb up through dense forest to reach villages. From here we start
climbing up to the high altitude. In high altitude we can’t see tall tree line.
Here in high altitude Himalayan views are ready to welcome you. From here we can
see spectacular view of langtang lirung (7,227 m.). Next, we pass ghodatabela
(3,030 m.), Chyamki village (3,230 m) and we cross through prayer wheels mani
walls chortens to reach langtang village and rest overnight.

Day 05: Today we
trek from Langtang village to Kyanjing Gompa (3900 m).
Today we trek for 2-3
hours all the way to Kyanjing Gompa (3,900 m.). After short brief about
route and safety, We start trek to Kyanjing Gompa. Leaving the tree line
behind, ascend and descend will leads us to Mani wall (biggest mani wall of
Nepal) and yak posture. This is Trans Himalaya route from ancient period. From
here short walk will bring us kyanjing. rest overnight.
Included meal: Breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Day 06: Today we
Hike up to Chorkari RI (5,050 m) and then trek back to Kyanjing Goma.
Today we explore around
and hike to Chorkari Ri (5050 m.). This is one of the best view point of
Langtang region. From this place we can see beautiful view of Himalaya around
us. We can see langtang range, kinsing, yansa tsenji and we walk back all the
way to the kyanjing gompa and rest overnight.
Included meal: Breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Day 07: Early hike to Kyanji ri (4,770 m) and trek down to Lama Hotel (2,480 m).
Today early we will hike to Kyanjin ri and trek back to
lama hotel via Langtang village, dense forest and crossing suspension
bridge. If we are lucky we can see the red panda, rhesus monkey and Thar,From
edge of the Langtang river we descend to lama hotel and rest overnight.
Included meal: Breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Day 08: Today we
trek from lama hotel to Syabrubesi.
Today we walk down for 5
hours to reach Syabru besi. After leaving the natural beauty of Langtang region
we will reach Syabrubesi and explore half day in Syabru besi. Rest overnight.
Included meal: Breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Day 09: Today after
breakfast we drive back to Kathmandu (1,400 m).
Today after breakfast we
drive back to Kathmandu. We will have lunch in Tirshuli and drive back through
different place to reach Kathmandu. If you got time you can visit Kathmandu for
half day.
Included meal: Breakfast, lunch.
Day 10: final
departure.
After lunch yarsa treks
will transfer you to the international airport for your final departure.
