Booking Terms & Conditions
Yarsa Treks Pvt. Ltd. offers all the trekking and tour packages listed in the website. The trips are designed by Yarsa Treks and responsible for operation. We apply the following conditions to operate these trips.

Trip Booking:
We prefer to have the confirmed booking in advance, prior to  Nepal arrival. Pre-booking is kept on high priority and it gives us enough time to make all the necessary arrangements for the trip.

Payment for trip:
All the trips you book with Yarsa Treks need 30% of the total contracted price in advance to secure your trip. The reaming due amount can be before your arrival to Nepal or upon arrival in Kathmandu before the trip departure for the trip.

Payment Option:
You can pay by wire transfer, by credit cards or by cash for the trip cost.

Your Trip and Assumption of Risk

Passports, Visas & Insurance:
We strongly recommend for the client to have the valid passport and proceed for the visa. We also suggest for the full health insurance before you travel to Nepal. 

Assumption of Risk :
The traveller/trekker should understand that during the course of the trip, certain risks and dangers may occur, including, but not limited to, the hazards of traveling in mountainous terrain, accident or illness in remote places without medical facilities, and the forces of nature. The traveller/trekker agrees to assume all risks associated with the journey, and agrees that no liability will be attached to the company or its outfitters, employees or agents, or to any member of the tour group in respect to death, personal injury, illness or delay of traveller/trekker, or for any loss or damage to the property of the traveller/trekker during the course of the trip, howsoever caused.

Acceptance of Risk:
The Traveller/Trekkers should understand the risk on the adventure trips and you accept the risk on your own.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation by Yarsa Treks
If incase of the trip cancelation by Yarsa Treks, we will notify you at earliest and we will refund you the 100% trip deposit you have made, but there is no compensation policy.

Cancellation by Client (You)
In case of you canceling the trip:

- Cancellation one month prior of the trip, 30% of the trip deposit is nonrefundable.

- Cancellation prior to 25 days of trip date, 50% of the trip deposit is nonrefundable.

- Cancellation prior to 15 days of trip date, 60% of the trip deposit is nonrefundable.

- Cancellation prior to 7 days of the trip, whole amount of the trip deposit is nonrefundable.

Booking Change:
If you need to change the booking you already have with Yarsa Treks, we will be happy to do so for you without any extra charges, in the case of the change the date of the flight and the hotels will cost you extra cancellation charge as per their rules and if we have spend the money for the making permits and the organized your trip that cost will be deducted.

Late Bookings:
yarsa Treks accept the last minute booking without any extra cost, please check with us for late booking time may different with the trip.

Emergency Rescue Evacuation:
The cost for the emergency rescue and evacuation should be paid by client (You) but the rescue arrangement is conducted by Yarsa Treks.The helicopter cost is US $1825.00 to $2500.00 per hour. It all depends upon the rescue location & flying hours. Normally it takes 3 to 4 hours of flying hours we can arrange all the necessary documents as a support for submitting to the client’s Insurance Company.

Unforeseen Events:
Sometimes unforeseen events occur and your trip cannot proceed. The causes that are not in our control such as weather condition or technical reason of flight cancel, stick, landslide and unfavorable weather condition, Yarsa trek cannot take responsibility. However, we will be at our best to the any alternation. If the tour is cut short or breaks in between due to natural disaster then the cost is not refundable once paid.
